Why this matters

Great coaching skills are only half the job inside an organization.

An external coach walks in, works, and walks out. An internal coach stays. You share the cafeteria, the org chart and sometimes the same leadership team as your clients — and that changes every conversation.

Internal Coach Advantage turns that proximity from a source of tension into a genuine strength. Together we look at the questions internal coaches rarely get a safe place to explore — and build practical ways to answer them.

01Confidentiality & trustWhat stays in the room when HR, the sponsor and the client all know each other?
02Professional relationshipsCoaching a peer today, sitting across from them in a meeting tomorrow.
03Power & organizational politicsReading the system without getting pulled into it.
04HR & business expectationsServing the client while the organization is paying attention.
05Role boundariesWhen you are also a manager, HR partner or L&D lead.
06Unconscious assumptionsWhat you "already know" about the culture — and what it hides.
07Emotionally complex situationsRestructures, conflict, burnout and loyalty — when you are part of the same story as your client.
Our approach

One conversation. Three perspectives.

Every internal coaching engagement lives where three systems overlap. The program gives you a simple, repeatable way to hold all three at once — so you can stay useful to your client and trusted by your organization.

The Client

Their goals, their story, their pace — and the pressures they bring from a system you also know.

The Coach

Your own position, loyalties, history and blind spots — the part of the picture that is easiest to miss.

Client Coach Organization INSIDE OUT

The Organization

Culture, sponsors, politics and priorities — the invisible third party in every session.

Reflective practice

Supervision-style reflection that turns tricky moments into learning instead of stress.

What am I noticing? What am I assuming? What might I be missing? What is happening beneath the surface?
The four-session journey

From inside the system
to impact across it.

Each 90-minute session blends short input, live practice, peer learning and guided reflection — then you apply it at work before we meet again.

Questions

Good to know

Still wondering? Join a free open house or email info@mentorspro.co.

What does "founding cohort" mean?

This is the first run of Internal Coach Advantage. Founding participants get the full program at a pilot price, help shape future editions with their feedback, and become the first members of the internal coach community.

How long does the program take?

Four 90-minute live sessions on Fridays — November 13, November 20, December 4 and December 11, 2026 — with short between-session application at work. There is no session on November 27.

When does early-bird pricing end?

The early-bird rate of $400 per participant applies to registrations received through Friday, October 23, 2026. From October 24 the rate is $500 per participant.

Do I need to be a certified coach?

The program is designed for people who already coach inside their organization. A formal credential is welcome but not required — what matters is that you are actively coaching as an internal coach or in an HR, L&D or leadership role.

Can my organization send a group?

Yes. You can register several coaches in the founding cohort, or ask us about a private organizational cohort tailored to your coaching program.

What if I miss a session?

Let us know in advance. We will share the key materials and reflection prompts so you can catch up and stay connected with the cohort.
